We just stayed for our second year in a row and had a wonderful week! Great location, beautiful views and the owners are very responsive! We will be booking our vacation for next year very soon!
Go-To Ocean City rental spot
We have stayed at this condo two years in a row and have only had good experiences. The location is perfect and the owners are very responsive. This is our go-to Ocean City rental spot.
Home away from home
Barry and Ruth’s place was home away from home! They were both very attentive and the place was very spacious and close to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here.
Great stay
We had a great stay at Barry and Ruth's place. It was just as described and in a very nice condo community that was quiet with a nice pool. We walked easily to a nice stretch of beach that wasn't too crowded. It was a little bit away from the main part of OCMD, but driving to see other attractions was easy and it made for quieter surroundings.

Great 2 bedroom condo
Great 2 bedroom condo with beautiful side view of the bay. Short walk to the beach. Close to Jolly Rogers, many restaurants, and a short drive to the boardwalk. Owners were very responsive and hospitable. We have stayed many places in Ocean City but this was one of our favorites. We rented a slip for our boat and Ken and Russ were great as well. We really enjoyed our stay!
Loved our stay
2nd year at Bayside Pearl everything about this place is perfect! The view, the pool by the bay and the furniture is comfy! Everything is updated and clean the owners communicate with you and are very nice. I love midtown and the access to beach is so close. To go to beach everything is there as well as to cook and clean. The linen service and parking passes are wonderful! I definitely plan to stay again with my family if I go to OC this is my spot to stay!
Best place for bike week!
We were all wowed by this property from the moment we arrived. Right next to the convention center everything was in walking distance or the we took the bus. We will definitely book here again.

Beautiful
This space is absolutely beautiful and it is a perfect location in Ocean City just a short walk to many restaurants, bars, and the beach. Barry and Ruth were great hosts who responded quickly and were very helpful. 10/10 would recommend!
